Having always had a passion for art I struggled to find a medium I truly enjoyed. My perfectionist tendencies made drawing or painting stressful, so I began experimenting with photography in 2000. It was through photography that I found a way to unleash my creativity.

I started off with a cheap 110 film load camera and have worked my way through many cameras since then. Using a variety of cameras, both manual and digital, I’ve learned about the various parts and settings and discovered how the pieces fit together to make everything work.

Photography is more than just taking a picture, it is an art form. One that allows me to play with various settings, lighting and other elements and use my creativity to its maximum. While it is fun to post what I consider some of my better photos, my hope is to see how my styles and skills have changed and improved over the years.
